If you can't access your account through the app or website, you can still request deletion by sending an email to our support team. The request must be sent from the email address that is registered or connected to the account you want to delete.

Our team will manually review and verify your request within 1–14 business days. Once the verification is successful, your account will be immediately deactivated and the 60-day permanent deletion process will begin, just like the standard in-app request.

All personal data will be permanently wiped from our systems within 60 days of verification.
This 60-day waiting period is for security reasons and in case you change your mind. During this time, your data is securely stored and restricted from everyone else. It won't be used for analytics, ads, or anything else in the app.
Changed your mind? No worries! You can still restore your account anytime within these 60 days.
Small bits of data might be kept a bit longer only if strictly required by law, for security, or to prevent fraud.
